This model does not include a heat option or phone app, but I personally don’t see a need for either. To help maintain battery life, I use it in 10-minute intervals and wait to recharge until it drops below 30%. So far, that approach has worked well. As for noise, I don’t find it loud. It’s a massage gun, not a masseuse. It is slightly heavy, but I let the weight of the device do the work rather than trying to hold it up the entire time.
