It’s powerful, possibly even more powerful than I need, and I rarely go beyond the first setting for myself or patients. Unfortunately, we had to return the first Masery device delivered because it would not turn on. The replacement arrived just a couple of days later and worked perfectly. I’m very pleased with this purchase and only wish I had ordered it months ago. I recently had knee replacement surgery and have been dealing with I.T. band pain during recovery. My physical therapist recommended using a massage gun to help with tightness and discomfort, and Masery has definitely been helping. This model does not include a heat option or phone app, but I personally don’t see a need for either. To help maintain battery life, I use it in 10-minute intervals and wait to recharge until it drops below 30%. So far, that approach has worked well. As for noise, I don’t find it loud. It’s a massage gun, not a masseuse. It is slightly heavy, but I let the weight of the device do the work rather than trying to hold it up the entire time. I would absolutely recommend Masery to anyone looking for effective relief from muscle pain and tightness.

Bought the Masery Pulse for my boyfriend who was in a wreck a while ago and has had some surgeries on his neck. I’ve had a nagging inner glute injury that caused persistent pain and discomfort for over a year. I spent a significant amount on chiropractic visits and massage therapy, but the relief only lasted a couple of days at a time. It felt like a pinched nerve that just wouldn’t fully go away. After researching percussion massage devices, I decided to try Masery. When it arrived, I attached the bullet head, set it to level 4 out of 5, and focused directly on the area of discomfort. After just a few minutes, the pinching sensation was gone. I was able to move, jump, and sprint without discomfort in my glutes. The unit itself feels well constructed and holds a good charge. It has a default 10-minute timer that automatically shuts off. I stay active with competitive badminton and regular golf, and my leg muscles are often sore. This device has been extremely helpful in reducing that soreness. I primarily use the round, bullet, and spade-shaped attachments, and there’s also a softer attachment that works well for areas near joints like knees and ankles. I’m very happy with Masery.
